Shell Resin System

Solid Shell Resin (for hot coating)

FS-series of solid shell resins are specially formulated to facilitate easy mixing with sand particles by melt coating process to produce curable resin coated sand (RCS) in combination with Hexamine and a lubricant. Liquid Shell Resin (for warm coating)

This is specially manufactured to produce molds & cores for high end use with high HTS particularly thin cores like water jacket, two wheeler cylinder head etc. At equal addition level this gives up to 20% more addition strength. Alkaline Phenolic No Bake Resin Ester System

This is a Two-part No-bake System comprising Resol-type Alkaline Phenolic Resin as Binder and Single or mixture of esters as the Hardener. The system is ideally suited for Steel, Iron and Aluminium castings. Forfuran Acid Cured No Bake Resin System

FORFURAN Binders are Cold-Setting Two-part Resin Systems comprising Furfuryl Alcohol-based Resins as Binders and a single or a mixture of organo-inorganic acids as Hardners. The system suits Steel and Iron Castings. Castings made out of this system are fairly good.

Fortech 350 is a liquid binder for sand particles for making moulds and cores which are cured by passing CO2 gas. The binder (Phenol Formaldehyde Resin) when mixed with sand gives a free-flowing mix which becomes hard when CO2 gas is passed through the mass.

Two Part No Bake Acid Cured Resin System, Forez 302

The system is a two-part No-Bake system comprising Aqueous Resole type PF Resin as Binder and a single or mixture of organo-inorganic acids as Catalyst. The system, when mixed with sand, produces a flowable mix that cures at room temperature to produce good moulds and cores.

Phenolic Urethane Gassing Cold Box Resin System

The system is a three-part Foundry Binder System comprising solvent-based Phenolic Resin as Binder, an Isocyanate in solvent as Co-binder, and an aliphatic tertiary Amine as Catalyst. Granulated Flux

Forace Granulated Flux is an environmentally friendly range of fluxes used for molten metal treatment of aluminium and aluminium alloys.
