Resin for Rockwool
FR-1905 is a low molecular weight phenol formaldehyde resole (phenolic resin) used as a binder for stone and glass wool in sound and heat insulation products. It offers high adhesion to silicate fibers, easy water-based spray application, good heat stability, fire resistance, strong curing, ageing resistance, and an excellent balance of cost and performance.
